Join me and amazing practitioners for a splendid week of healing in Northern Portugal

Retreat is designed by women, for women, across all life stages (ovulation, perimenopause and menopause/post-menopause), with a focus on achieving deep healing through raw food nutrition, detoxification, emotional release and hormones awareness and knowledge.

We will integrate teachings on hormonal health for each group, and you will be supported by your host, Chantal Di Donato, who has reversed Adrenal Fatigue and Type 2 Diabetes through hormones management. She will guide you through a transformative journey, together with amazing on site and remove experts covering an array of topics and therapies.

Arrivals and Departure

First retreat: Tuesday June 24th, and departures will be Tuesday 1st July

Second Retreat: Tuesday 8th July, and departure will be Tuesday 15th July

The closest airport is Porto (OPO), 45min drive from Paço de Vitorino, and we will be waiting for your arrival with our trusted 5 stars transfers providers.

We will also happily help you locate the best flights so that all guests can arrive at similar times to avoid long waiting periods. We expect all guests to arrive in Porto around 12 PM; check in will be from 2 PM.

We will email all guests separately to coordinate and assist in all plans.
