You will be staying at the most fantastic location, in a family-owned Portuguese Palace that is fille with history, incredibly luxurious but also cosy and welcoming for you to feel completely at home!

Paço de Vitorino has its origin in the 16th century but was only completed in the 18th century. it served as a family home but then abandoned during war and dictatorship the country faced and was restored to its former beauty, and more, in 2017.

The place is facing the Lima River bank, allowing for beautiful views, and walks in nature.

The grounds and gardens are extensive and beautifully manicured, to allow for some magic outdoors, and continue the dreamy feeling of the interior spaces, which have been carefully decorated by the family who owns the palace, bringing back antique and unique pieces and making each room feel like a royal experience.

The palace is 15 minutes from the centre of Ponte de Lima, one of Portugal's oldest towns, founded and built by the Roman Empire. It holds lovely features of its history with contemporary touches of our modern days.

Facilities

We have 15 rooms available, in the manor as well as outside in the garden cottages.

The suites in the house are luxurious representation of the history of the home and they come with their private bathrooms and many details to highlight the fantastic past of the country, palace and family who Inherited it.

Outdoors we have beautiful en-suite barn style rooms , that are spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated, facing the lovely gardens surrounding the property.

Rooms can be made single or double/twin occupancy.

The gardens are well manicured and perfect for relaxing, meditating, reading, sun bathing , as well as our beautiful pool area facing the stunning view of the Lima riverbank
