Healing Focus:
Chronic and Acute Condition Recovery: Addressing the underlying causes of illness through raw living foods.
Cleansing Protocols: Supporting the kidneys, lymphatic system, liver, and gut.
Emotional Healing and Trauma Release: Clearing emotional blockages that affect
physical health.
Nature Immersion: Using the healing power of nature to restore balance and well being

Day 1: Arrival & Welcome
12 PM Onwards: Airport Pick up, Arrival at Vitorino , check-in, and welcome refreshments.
5:00 PM: Welcome Circle – Introduction to the retreat Chantal’s healing journey
6:30 PM: Dinner – High Raw meal.
8:00 PM: Meditation and Journaling – Setting intentions for healing.
Day 2: Detoxifying the Body
8:00 AM: Morning Yoga & Breathwork (Outdoor session).
9:30 AM: Breakfast and Cleansing smoothie with ingredients focused on supporting
the kidneys and liver.
11:00 AM: Universal Healing Session
1:00 PM: Lunch – A high raw meal rich in living enzymes to support digestion.
3:00 PM: Breakout Group Sessions:
Green Group (OvulatingWomen):Fertility and hormonal balance
Pink Group (Perimenopausal Women):Managing hormonal shifts with detox and raw foods.
Purple Group(Post-Menopausal Women):Staying sharp and maintaining vitality post-menopause through cleansing.
Note: the session will not happen simultaneously, whilst one group is in their breakouts, the others will be receiving therapies and pampering or just relaxing!
5:00 PM: Tour of the local natural surroundings
7:00 PM: Dinner – High Raw meal focusing on liver support.
9:00 PM: Evening meditation and relaxation.
Day 3: Lymphatic System and Gut Healing
8:00 AM: Yoga for Lymphatic Flow
9:30 AM: Breakfast and Green juice for lymphatic system support.
11:00 AM: Webinar with Skye Conway on preparing raw foods and juices.
1:00 PM: Lunch – Light meal designed to support gut health.
3:00 PM: Outdoor Activity: Gentle hike in the nearby nature reserve, connecting
with nature’s healing power.

7:00 PM: Dinner
9:00 PM: Sound Healing Meditation.
Day 4: Deep Cleansing & Emotional Release
8:00 AM: Morning Yoga & Emotional Release Techniques
9:30 AM: Breakfast and Alkalizing green juice.
11:00 AM: Universal Healing Session:
1:00 PM: Lunch – Light meal
3:00 PM: Breakout Sessions
5:00 PM: Optional personal healing sessions (massage, energy work, etc.).
7:00 PM: Dinner – A High raw meal focused on cleansing and rejuvenation.
9:00 PM: Journaling and Reflection Circle with guest women’s Holistic therapist
Day 5: Liver and Gut Healing
8:00 AM: Yoga & Breath-work (Focus on digestion and liver detox).
9:30 AM: Breakfast and Liver-supportive juice.
11:00 AM: Universal Healing Session:
1:00 PM: Lunch – High Raw meal with liver-supportive foods (beetroot, greens, etc.).
3:00 PM: Outdoor nature activity – Guided hike to a local river or waterfall.
7:00 PM: Dinner – Focus on liver-cleansing foods.
9:00 PM: Evening meditation for emotional balance with spiritual and ancestral healing practitioner
Day 6: Integration & Healing
8:00 AM: Yoga & Breath-work (Focus on emotional integration).
9:30 AM: Breakfast and Cleansing smoothie.
11:00 AM: Universal Healing Session:
1:00 PM: Lunch
3:00 PM: Group Activity: Nature immersion (Forest bathing or river activity).
5:00 PM: Free time for personal reflection and journaling
7:00 PM: Farewell Dinner – A celebratory meal.
9:00 PM: Closing Circle and Reflection + dancing, of course!
Day 7: Departure
8:00 AM: Light Yoga & Meditation.
9:30 AM: Breakfast.
11:00 AM: Closing Session: Integration and Final Reflections, Green Juice
