Who Are We?

Elevate stands for moving upwards and forward into the holistic wellbeing space, embracing science backed approaches that impact positively the human body and mind, as well as the planet and the living being we shared it with.

At Elevate we care to create a 360 degrees approach to different segment of impact living, so that it does not push agendas, discriminates and causes judgment and division, but rather, education, inspiration and creativity!

Elevate is the evolutionary child of Synergia BSB Bio Vegan Market, established in 2019 by Liliana Barros.

Bio Market was a partnership between Braga Animal Save and Synergia, to create a commercial monthly space where the public could have the opportunity to purchase vegan items, partake in workshops, fitness and lifestyle lessons and educate themselves on sustainability, kind living and learning more about animal welfare. We had five market events, due to the lockdowns and restrictions of the pandemic, having to sadly wrap things up to respect social distancing and other rules.

However, that pause, gave us the chance to rethink our approach and gather a more impactful concept into our Elevate program.

Why the name change?

With a new vision, curated by Chantal Di Donato, we have tweaked the concept to be more inclusive and focus on the growth and ascension of all elements that will make the events unique and impactful. Welcome to Elevate Plant Based !

New Focus

Under the Elevate umbrella , we have a few areas of focus that we would like to expand on , with the assistance of partners, stakeholders and visionaries who are keen to bring forth a new understanding of the plant based space, without agendas and discrimination linked to it, where everyone can take the best tips, advice, skills and even create new careers from, in a way that is holistic and inclusive.

  • The markets and Events: These monthly events, will be curated to give visitors a unique experience of , not only purchasing goods, but also learning more about kind living in a way that can suit their lifestyles. The purpose is to create different sections within the market, communicate and share with exhibitors so that they deliver their niches authentically, clearly and honestly, to avoid confusion and wrong labelling of a movement that is meant to bring people together and not being divisive . We are also collaborating and involved with the Municipality of Braga to be part of their sustainability programs.

  • The approach: At the market we will have stalls that will display healthy, plant based living tools (from food to lifestyle), treats and clearly labelled processed foods, lifestyle entrepreneurs stalls , with the option for them to host workshops, classes and educational experiences. We will also emphasise the importance of healthy living, offering some room to: naturopaths, herbal medicine, pharmaceutical companies (that also embrace the creation of V+ friendly products), educators etc… At the events outside the market, our participation will have a knowledge share approach which allows us to share out ethos and brand approach.

  • The logistics and deliveries: We would love Elevate PB Market to inspire the public to buy their produce at the Municipal Market, focusing on circular , local and sustainable economy and really helping local businesses feel supported. With these partnerships, we hope to grow our concept within the community and become supporting associated with other businesses too.

  • Association: Our aim is to create an Association that can benefit the youth, in creating opportunities for their future within the space of holistic health, sustainability and environment and animals welfare, nature preservation and fair economy. We will be discussing this in depth with our colleagues at Synergia , to create an impactful project that will allow everyone involved to thrive. We have access educators in finance, especially impact investing, Integrative and Plant Based Medical Doctors, entrepreneurs etc.

    All this will feed into our long term goals too.

  • Yearly Conference: with amazing Portuguese and International speakers, including Dr Michael Klaper and “Moving Medicine Forward” , or Dr Dawn Mausoleum from Mayo Clinics etc.

Founder

Chantal D Donato Founder

Chantal is Board Certified Holistic Health Coach , Holistic Nutritionist and plant-based Nutritional Expert, with passion for empowering women to achieve optimal health and well-being.

She is also a functional movement yoga teacher and energy healer, helping individuals embrace movement as a key component of their wellness journey.

Her commitment to spreading awareness about holistic health and plant-based nutrition has led her to becoming a published author, public speaker, and guest presenter at CUNY.

Additionally, she has had the honour of being a guest presenter on PCRM's One Healthy World (Un Monde Sain) and host of The Green Life Podcast.

Currently, she taking her education to new heights , on the path to becoming a Naturopathic Doctor, studying under the wonderful teachings of Dr. Robert Morse.

In 2019, Chantal decided to embark on a life-changing journey leaving London to settle in a quaint rural town in Northern Portugal. Here she founded Eco Dharma Village, an eco and self sustainable retreat, with the mission to host healing retreats and eco-tourism experiences, rescuing abandoned dogs in the process.
