Yummy salted caramel
Ingredients
1 cup pitted Medjool dates
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 spoons virgin coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1/4 cup water
Method
Soak the dates in hot water for 20 minutes
Put the dates into a blender with 1/4 cup water they have soaked in (keep some extra water in case you need more)
Add vanilla, salt and coconut oil and blend until smooth and silky. If too thick, add some water until smooth and runny and there you have your vegan yummy salted caramel!
