Homemade Raw Chocolate

Ingredients

100g raw cacao powder
100g raw cacao butter
100ml raw organic Agave syrup
pinch of hymalayan salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3g raw vanilla powder
Favourite moulds for chocolate to set in (your fav.shape)

Method

Heat water for "bain marie" then remove from heat and place a bowl on top of the hot water with cacao butter to melt into
Once the cacao butter has fully melted add the vanilla powder with cinnamon and pinch of salt and mix together
Add cacao powder and mix until smooth then add in Agave and keep on mixing till completely blended.
Optional is to add your favourite nuts to the mix before pouring into the mould and storing in the fridge for a couple of hours, until nice and set and ready to take out of the mould and enjoy!

So easy and SO yummy!
