Super Peanutty Balls

Ingredients

12 pitted Medjool dates
2 cups almond flour
2 spoons sugar/salt/oil free peanut butter
2 spoons raw cacao nibs
1 tsp Baobab
Shredded coconut for coating

Method

Place dates, almond flour, peanut butter, baobab and cacao nibs in a food processor. Blend until all smooth and sticky.
Remove the blade and start collecting the mixture with your (clean) hands and make small balls.
Roll them in the shredded coconut and store in the fridge for at least an hour before eating.
