Garlic and Ginger Broccolini

Ingredients

1 bunch of baby long stem broccoli
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups water
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons tamari
5-inch piece fresh ginger, finely grated

Method

Wash the broccoli
Add 6 cups water to a pot and bring to a boil.
Add broccoli and quick boil for about 3 minutes.
Remove from water and rinse quickly with cool water.
Heat skillet with oil, add garlic and sauté for a few seconds before adding broccoli.
