Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

1 frozen banana
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup uncontaminated oats
1/2 cup blanched almonds
2 Medjool dates (optional)

Method

For the longer version: soak the almonds for 2 hours. then rinse and add hot water and leave for 15 minutes. When the water is cooler, peel the almonds skin off.
For the quicker version: use blanched almonds
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix well
When smooth, serve and enjoy this filling breakfast smoothie
