Ingredients

1 tbsp That Protein Hemp 1 tsp maca (optional)
1 tsp wheat grass (optional)
1/3 cup nuts of choice (milled)
1 cup unsweetened plant milk

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix
Once smooth enjoy it post workout!
