Nutty Choc Spread

Ingredients

3 cups (500g) roasted unsalted hazelnuts (you can roast them at home)
3 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink rock salt
1 spoon Maple syrup
1 spoon coconut oil (optional)

Method

Roast your hazelnuts if you have them raw and wait until the skin starts to peel. You can choose to discard it or use it for the spread.
Place the roasted nuts into a food processor and start mixing them till smooth (it can take around 15 min). Add the raw cacao powder, maple, salt and coconut oil (optional) and blend until beautifully smooth.
Place in a jar and store in cool and dry place!
Enjoy it as spread or even with your oatmeal!
