Goji Oatmeal
Ingredients
1/2 cup Steel cut oats (use uncontaminated oats if gluten sensitive*)
1/2 cup boiled water
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 spoons goji berries (can be soaked in water for rehydration if preferred)
1 spoon Mulberries (can be soaked in water for rehydration if preferred)
1 banana (optional)
1 spoon shredded coconut (optional)
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Method
Boil water in a kettle or pot
add the oatmeal and stir for a few minutes until mixed well. Let sit for 2 minutes
Add the almond milk and stir well then add goji and mulberries and top with other optional ingredients if you wish
