What is on offer with my program?
I offer wellness workshops that promote employee productivity and a health care cost reduction.
I can deliver group programs to selected team members on site, during “Lunch and Learn” sessions, as well as one to one coaching for selected individuals and senior managers.
Employees will have full access to my assistance via phone and email at times suitable to them; not taking away from their time at work.
My standard programs run monthly from 6 months to 1 year, with 2 lunch group sessions and 2 personal coaching sessions each month. However, bespoke packages can be created and tailored to your needs.
