The core and integrity of group coaching are as important as for private sessions. Discretion and privacy are important so “what happens in the group, stays in the group”, and all participant will need to agree to this rule.
Group Coaching creates a circle of trust between all the members and you will be each other’s support system with me as your guide.
As a qualified health coach, I will take through all the steps necessary to making permanent and healthy changes to your lifestyle.
By investing only 90 minutes per session, twice a month, of your time, you can say goodbye to extra weight, frustration, unhappiness and fears of failing.
Every one of us is unique and so you will each receive personal online feedback and advice.
The classes will allow you to think outside the box, relate to a peer’s struggle or success and enable you to create beautiful friendships with like-minded women.
