380gram Black beans in water (organic)
1 Tomato tin
Garlic (as much as you want)
Organic Edamame bean fettuccine
In a pan,add a table spoon of olive oil and garlic. Place it on gentle heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain and rinse the beans and add it to the pan. Let it set for 3 minutes or so then add the tomato, a pinch of salt and origano herb. Cook on low to medium heat for 20/25 minutes and add a little bit of water if the sauce looks too think while cooking it.
When the sauce looks almost cooked and to your liking, add some water to a separate pot and bring to boil. Cook the Edamame bean fettuccine for 5 minutes and drain when ready.
Add the “pasta” to the sauce and stir.
Dish up and add top it up with some fresh arugula and a drizzle of olive oil.
