3 cups (500g) roasted unsalted hazelnuts (you can roast them at home)
3 spn raw cacao powder
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink rock salt
1 spoon Grade A Dark Amber Maple syrup (Learn about Maple grades)
1 spoon coconut oil (optional)
Roast your hazelnuts if you have them raw and wait until the skin starts to peel. You can choose to discard it or use it for the spread (the skin contains a lot of nutrients so i would use it).
Place the roasted nuts into a food processor and start mixing them till smooth. Add the raw cacao powder, maple, salt and coconut oil (optional) and blend until beautifully smooth.
Place in a mason jar and store in cool and dry place!
Enjoy it as spread or even in oats!
